Abstract Submissions
To create OEMT2018 account please fills the registration form. Then you can SEND your abstracts TO oemt2018@klu.edu.tr by e-mail.
All authors are invited to submit their original research results. Submitted manuscripts will be peer-reviewed.
A one-page abstract written in English has to be submitted before the deadline for abstracts 25 July 2018, ( 20 August 2018). Please use OEMT-2018 Abstract Submission Template for preparing your abstract and do not use dot in the name of the file. Each applicant can submit at most 3 abstracts (2 oral+1 poster or 1 oral+2 posters or 3 posters). Authors should be aware of that abstracts will not be included in the final program unless registration documents and payment in full have been received for at least one of the authors.
Presentation Guidelines: The length of presentation will be restricted 15+5 minutes for an oral presentation, 25+5 minutes for an invited oral presentation.
Conference Language: The official language of the conference is English. Oral presentation can be presented in either English or Turkish.
Poster Size: To keep good legibility of the poster, a size of 60 cm in width and 90 cm in length is recommended.

Full Text Submissions
In the case of request full texts of the presentations wiill be included in the Proceedings Book of OEMT2018. Papers should be prepared using full text submission template, should not exceed 10 pages and should be submitted electronically to oemt2018@klu.edu.tr until extended deadline for full text submission.
